Information

The Airport Information Desk is sited in the main Hall and can be contacted on 01624 821600. The Desk also provides a Tourist Information Service. For information regarding flight reservations and ticketing, please contact the Airlines direct.

Banking And Currency Information

Full banking facilities are available in the nearby towns of Castletown and Ballasalla, and there is a cash dispenser (NatWest) in the main entrance lobby. Both Manx and English sterling can be used in the airport and throughout the Island.

Post And Telephones and Internet Access

There is a post box inside the Terminal near the Information Desk. Public telephones are located throughout the Terminal, and all accept coins, phone cards and credit cards. The Airport has facilities for wireless internet access in the Departure Lounge and Buffet areas.

Facsimile, Photocopying And Meeting Room

These services can be made available during normal office hours, upon request to the Information Desk. The Airport’s Meeting Room can also be booked for meetings through the Airport Director's Office.

Restaurant And Bars

Caterleisure (Isle of Man) Limited operate the Skylines Travellers Store on the first floor adjacent to the Café Oasis, offering a full range of newspapers, periodicals, books, gifts, confectionery and tobacco.

The Rendezvous Executive Lounge is located just after you go through Airport Security before you enter the main Departure Lounge. The Lounge offers complimentary tea, coffee, soft and alcoholic beverages, light snacks, television, secure wifi, and a wide selection of newspapers and magazines, in luxurious and comfortable surroundings.

Spectators

The best area to view the arrivals and departures is from the first floor viewing area. This area is freely available to all visitors. Good views of the aircraft can also be obtained from the arrivals hall and the car park areas.

Shopping

Caterleisure (Isle of Man) Limited operate the Skylines Travellers Store in its new first floor location adjacent to the Café Oasis, offering a full range of newspapers, periodicals, books, gifts, confectionery and tobacco.

Left Luggage

Left luggage facilities are available at Rendezvous Airport Services, located at the checkin area in the Terminal Building.

Lost Property

A lost property register is maintained by Airport Security (tel: 01624 821600), or alternatively, please contact the Information Desk.

Parent And Baby Room

Parent and baby rooms are located on the ground floor and in the departure lounge. A baby change unit is also available in the toilets on the first floor of the terminal adjacent to the Skylines shop and the Cafe' Oasis.

Valet Parking/Baggage Assistance

Operated by Rendezvous Airport Services - drop off point outside Viscount House at the western end of the Terminal Building. Full concierge service available.
